21.2 Severance Pay
Generally, our company does not pay severance to departing employees, whether they quit, are laid off, or are fired for any reason. However, we reserve the right to pay severance. Decisions about severance pay will be made on a case-by-case basis and are entirely within the discretion of the company, as determined by Timothy Bowen, President. No employee has a right to severance pay, and you should not expect to receive it.
