11.4 Employee Appearance and Dress

Business casual is the dress code at Play-Well. We ask all employees to use common sense and dress appropriately for your position and job duties. Clothing that is dirty or torn, or that exposes the torso or under garments is not permitted. Please make sure you are neat and clean at all times. Closed-toe shoes must be worn for the sake of safety and hygiene. You are required to wear your Play-Well employee nametag while conducting company business.

If you have any questions about the proper attire for your position, please contact your supervisor. We will try to reasonably accommodate an employee's special dress or grooming needs that are the result of religion, ethnicity, race, or disability.

**Tattoos**

You may be asked to cover any tattoos that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate for children while on the worksite or while conducting company business. Employees who have religious reasons for tattoos should consult with Human Resources for guidance about this policy.
