When your employment with Play-Well ends, we expect you to return all company property—and to return it clean and in good repair. This includes, but is not limited to, this Employee Handbook, all manuals and guides, documents, teaching kit and any other materials, phones, computers, equipment, keys, and tools.

If you do not return a piece of property, we will withhold from your final paycheck the cost of replacing that piece of property, within the limits of the law in your state. If you return a piece of property in disrepair, we will withhold from your final paycheck the cost of the repair. We also reserve the right to take any other lawful action necessary to recover or protect our property.
