Because our employees' performance is vital to our success, we conduct annual performance evaluations. We hope that, through these evaluations, you will understand what we expect of you, and we will understand what you expect of us. We require all employees to participate in the evaluation process. Failure to participate could lead to discipline, up to and including termination.

As you approach your annual performance evaluation date, you will be required to complete a self-evaluation of your job performance; your supervisor will review your self-evaluation and complete an Annual Performance Evaluation with you in person. This process allows you the opportunity to discuss your achievements, areas for improvement, and future goals with your supervisor.
