4.4 Proof of Work Eligibility
Within three business days of your date of hire, you must complete federal Form I-9 and show your supervisor documentation proving your identity and your eligibility to work in the United States as required by federal law. We also verify new employees’ U.S. employment eligibility through e-Verify, a service provided by the Department of Homeland Security.
If you have previously worked for Play-Well, you must provide this information only if it has been more than three years since you last completed an I-9 Form for us or if your current I-9 Form is no longer valid.
