4.1 New Employee Orientation

Every employee is required to sign an employment agreement and may also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. You will also be asked to complete paperwork and forms relating to your employment, and will be contacted by our Human Resources Department to complete the rest of your employment paperwork online, tax withholding forms, emergency contacts, and applicable benefits paperwork. When your employment begins, you will meet with your supervisor, who will provide you with important information about Play-Well. Your supervisor will also provide you with their contact information, as well the contact information for your Regional Manager. All Management Team contacts are also available on our Employee Information Hub.

Please feel free to ask your supervisor any questions you might have about Play-Well TEKnologies during this time; your supervisor is available to answer any questions you might have, or you can contact a member of our Human Resources Department.

Beyond your initial hire communication, you will receive a weekly electronic newsletter by email that contains important company wide notices and updates. It is your responsibility to read this communication each week and be aware of any information it contains.
