11.2 Punctuality and Attendance

You are crucial to the effective operation of this business. As a result, we expect you to keep regular attendance, be on time and ready to work at the beginning of each scheduled work day.

If you are unable to report to work due to an emergency or illness, please call your manager as soon as you are aware, preferably at least 3 hours before the start of your scheduled reporting time. Being late for work and/or failure to appear without calling your manager, and/or multiple incidents of being late for work or missing scheduled work hours will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Approved leaves such as sick leave and other leaves of absence are not considered an absence for purposes of this policy.
