7.12 Phone Allowance – Managers
Employees who use their personal phone for extended business purposes
may request a \$40 monthly cell phone allowance from their manager. This
is paid as taxable income; no receipt documentation is required.
Alternatively, Play-Well may choose to provide a company-owned cell
phone to the employee, which is strictly for business use.
