VACCINATION POLICY

Effective September 30, 2021 all current and future employees who will be teaching or attending in-person programs must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

If you are a new applicant and have not been vaccinated yet, upon hiring we require a proof of vaccination appointment. Before you can begin attending any programs in-person, you will need to have past the 2-week mark of being fully vaccinated.

BOOSTER SHOT POLICY

Effective September 14, 2022 employees are not required to have eligible booster shots unless the hiring manager expressed it pre-hire based on their area and certain client requirements. If you choose to get your booster shot(s) when eligible, Play-Well will compensate you 1-hour of time for your appointment - just be sure to upload proof to Paycom CLUE portal!
